Woodham Ferrers Rugby Union Football Club |

Welcome to the Website of one of the most
friendly, ambitious and successful rugby clubs
in the CM and Essex postcode areas. This site is
for the benefit of existing and new players to
keep us all informed and entertained. Please
help to keep all readers updated by passing your
comments, photos and any news to the Webmaster.
We are a young club of some 25 years standing
and have strong Juniors and Minis sections,
running teams at all ages between under 7 and
under 16. Our Youth Section consists of under
17's and colts and we have three Senior Teams
and a Veterans Team.
Building a platform for sport for players of all
ages and abilities that will grow is our
immediate aim and with in excess of 100
registered senior players and some 300 minis,
juniors and youth we are working hard in this
context. If you are a player, past, present or
aspiring and happen to be in the Chelmsford area
please call in or drop us an e-mail and say

The RFU recently sent out
some emails about CRB applications and
the errors etc contained on them. I have
been keeping a track on the volume of
forms arriving at Twickenham and how
many are incorrectly completed.
With this in mind, please can you view
the two links below or forward this
email to whoever is responsible for CRB
checks at your organisation? It may also
be an idea to print these off and put
them up in the club house or notice
board so applicants can get the form
correctly completed.

It is benefical to all that the forms
are correct, as it means that the
process operates far quicker and there
