An extensive training session the previous week gave the team the opportunity to put into practice them refined rucking skills to great effect which resulted in them winning back the ball from their opponents on many occasions.

The teams played three hard-fought matches during the morning with plenty of hard tackles from both sides. There was plenty of free running with the ball, off-loads and ripping of the ball which resulted in plenty of ties on both sides.

Our boys showed real spirit and determination against a worthy opponent.

Well done to all the team!
