Training on the Astro

This week the boys undertook a joint training session with the U10's. We concentrated on various aspect of the maul in one group and breaking through the tackle in the another group.

The boys from both teams worked well together and near the end of the session on the maul the attackers were really driving back the defence, getting low and driving through the front player with their shoulders.

For the last 10 minutes the boy were split into 4 teams of mixed age and one or two of the coaches were also helping out. A great effort from all as the weather was cold and wet.

We also had a new player come along for a taster session, and we hope to see Joshua come along again and become part of the team.

Next week were away at Harlow, weather permitting.
