Great Training Session

Great training session this morning on the Astro at WDF Centre. The boys all put in the effort on a very wet and winding morning. Some good work on the backs moves and in defence finished off with a mixed match of U10's and U11's Tag rugby.

Were back on the Astro next week for an hour session from 10am. Have a great week all.
