U8s vs Canvey

Our latest game was against Canvey - they bought 14 players matching our numbers for this week meaning we could keep the kids moving about constantly.

Our team has a new addition - another girl , Jessica, who joined our team and has fit in really quickly and really well - this brings the number of girls in our age group to 5 which is brilliant!

Hardy had a strong game scoring some awesome tries and tagging the opposition constantly - keep up the hard work!

Ethan W also had a great game running around and finding space, also showing some great ball skills - well done!

Both teams played incredibly well and the Christmas break didn’t slow them down ... or the thick mud! They did so much running around, producing some fantastic passes using the whole team, and the opposition found it difficult to make their way through with their strong defensive line!

Well done U8s - great teamwork, great enthusiasm throughout all the games and you showed so much respect for Canvey at the end of every game.
