Our first game was against Burnham having played them twice this season it was a good gauge to see how we were progressing, in our previous matches with them we had won 5 out of 6 games and drew the 6th.

all the games we had played had been close with only 1 or 2 tries being the difference and on this occasion we also won 10-9
but the game this week was a fast flowing and open game with Burnham running us very close but our boys played very well.

In our second game we played Ongar, they had a young team and played very well our boys played even better and won this match too.

This week was really good with the boys impressing not only our coaches but also the Burnham coach who spoke to me in the club house after and mentioned a couple of the boys that stood out to him and said that we had a very strong team, always nice to hear.

Id like to say a big thank you to Ongar and Burnham for a great game.

Here is no training next week as some of the boys are at Saracens on Saturday so they cant train on the Sunday, id like to wish all the boys going to Saracens good luck and hope they enjoy the day, see you all there Saturday.
