Sundays practice went very well with the boys listening and doing the drills we set them.

The rushing part of the game is really taking shape now and the set up in defence and attack being much better.

The next thing we need to work on is better passing and passing on the move.

We also played the U7's and as usual they gave us a great game but this week we played much better then in previous weeks with great running and tagging and all boys did well getting on side.

Next week we are at home to Ongar Canvey island and Burnham so get there early to get a parking space.
