Training

This weeks training was aimed at passing and keeping the players onside during the game.
We split the boys into 2 teams and run drills and plays to get the boys into different positions to show them offside positions.
We played walking rugby where the boy could only walk during the games and this really gave us coaches time to stop the game and show them where and why they were offside and what was needed of them and they really seemed to get a better idea of what we were asking of them, later we played the U7's and with 3 teams taking it in turns, we had a chance to take them aside after each change and go over what we had done, by the end of the session the boys were passing and playing a lot better, so looking forward to next weeks training at home hope to see you all there, have a good week.
