match against Burnham

First off a big thank you to Burnham for stepping in at the last minute and coming over to play us.
This week Stanford could not bring a U8's team to us and with the help of Paul and a few calls and along came Burnham to give us a great match.
We had 11 boy turn out all eager to play and all played very well.
We played 3 games against Burnham and they were very tough end to end games, the games were that fast that it was hard to keep up with all the action and in the end we won 6-4 6-5 and 7-6 all very close games.
We also got great comments from Burnhams coach on our boys defense and tagging and how well they played, which was very nice to hear.
we still need to work on the offside and rushing parts of the games but it was a great week.
This weeks player of the week was Freddie well done to him.
A big thanks to all the parents for bringing the boys along.
