burnham fun day

Today the team played the first match of the season and a great opener to the season it was.
The boys played as a team they moved well and passed the ball well with very few handling errors, and the support play was fantastic, each time a player made a break there was another player following up and if the ball carrier got tagged they passed quickly and accurately, each boy played at least one half of each of games, and when told that they were being substituted none moaned just handed over their tags and watched their team mate play.
We had 10 boys today of which 4 had 10 tags or over and they scored 19 tries in the 3 games played.
We won 5-2 6-5 and drew 8-8 in the last game.
Overall it was a great game and a great day too a big thank you to Burnham for putting it all together and well done Woodham.
