U9's v Billericay

The U9’s travelled to Billericay for their away match this week. Our hosts were very welcoming and everyone showed great sportsmanship on and off the pitch.

With the weather turning colder, the team first got warmed up with some quick running exercises and passing practice.

Our boys played their socks off with two full 30min games, showing great resilience. Their tackling showed great improvements this week overall and they were finding the spaces better. The softer ground allowed the boys to get properly muddy for first time this season and both teams had a great morning of rugby.

Because the standard of rugby was so good, it was difficult to pick the players of the week, but after much debate, they were awarded to Luke & Oliver

Next week we are at home to Chelmsford.
