Training with Christmas in mind!

U10's Training Sunday 15th December

We held our last training at home before Christmas, so tradition dictated that it was Christmas hats all round.

We had a good turnout including a fresh player trying contact rugby for the first time.

We warmed up, did some basic passing and then into a tackling session. Got to keep working on the basics!
Everyone was actively involved and there was a good focussed energy from the squad.

We then went and played the U11's. This was to help them with their passing and movement, and to help us build confidence in tackling and competing with larger, stronger and quicker players. This went very well and the biggest positive for the U10's was the effort that everyone put into the game - fantastic to see. I'm still buzzing from the way the team fronted up to the challenge.

The players got their Selection boxes for their efforts today and through the season. Well Done! Keep improving!

We're away to Southend next weekend for a game before we break for Christmas.
