SWF RFC U10’s at Harlow Festival. 20th October.

Our squad was Alfie, Brad, Ellis, Hayden, Katie, Keith, Luca, Mikey, and Ollie.

We played against Epping, Harlow, Old Grammarians, and Upminster.

We played our first game on the back of a late warm up, and it showed. We were slow out of the blocks. Our first up tackling was below our normal standard and we made the other teams look very good at times.

We clearly improved as the games went on, and we saw some of the good rugby that we can play.

Some stand out moments were Katie's try driving through the other team to score, and some good rips, Luca's pace and evasion to score and Ellis's workrate. Some great tackling from Mikey, Keith and Brad. Brad and Ellis's switch passes also were well done. Getting some great passes out of the rucks were Hayden, Ollie and Alfie.
