SWF RFC U10's Training

We did a quick HIT warm-up followed by some passing skills. Then it was back to the new elements of the game this year - rucking and mauling.
We've a good record of ripping the ball from other teams in the tackle and maul, but also need to tidy up our presentation and rucking skills.

The effort of this was telling on the players. So much so when we did our knot's and crosses game our thinking and decision making wasn't as clear as normal.........

Great to see the intensity going up week on week, and the enjoyment of the game.

Our warm-down was more hunt and rip - physical and fun.
