Wet Training Session this week

In sharp contrast to last week, this week saw a change in the weather and Autumn has finally arrived. The rain diminishing the numbers this week to 6 players.
The boys started with a warm up game, followed by some skill practice and then back into a game. After a water break, and the clearing of the rain, the boys worked on the Ruck and Maul with various games around both.
Next the boys moved onto a couple of exercises based around support play and moving the ball out to the free man, running different directions to find the space. Unfortunately for the rain again found Saltcoats, even if only for a short time.
Finally the boys had a short game to bring all the elements together, with some great drives by Jake and Samuel.
