So Woodham played host to Eaton Manor today. Having played them only a few weeks ago both sets of players knew what to expect, a team that could ruck, maul and tackle.
In the first half Woodham fared better in all aspects of the game with broken play going all Woodhams way. The first half finished with Eaton Manor one try and Woodham having scored 5.
Eaton Manor regrouped and started the second half a lot more positively but if you kick to a fullback that will catch the ball and run back at you like a scared Hare that can see a way out but just has to work out how to get their, you’re creating your own problems.
An extremely positive afternoon all round which both parents and players can be proud of.
Thursday evening training at 7pm will help bring you back down to ground level – dress warmly.
