Both teams started strongly with Upminster showing a well drilled rucking formation that they kept up throughout the game. However, Woodhams tackling and continuous harrying, when not on the ball, reduced Upminsterās chances.
When Woodham had the ball in hand, hard running and close support, nearly always resulted in a Try.
Upminster kept their heads up and came back time after time but only achieved one Try throughout the match which seamed unfair as effort levels were high.
SWF played the better rugby throughout the game and the score board reflected that.
