We left the club at 7.30am on Saturday and headed to Cardiff for the Wales v France game in the Women's Six Nations, which was played at Cardiff Arms Park.

After the game we were fed & watered before playing Rumney RFC on the Sunday, then heading back to Essex.

Kangaroo Court was held by the Forfeits Committee - many a heinous crime and misdemeanour was spotted by the snitches, resulting in fines ranging from singing a song, to wearing inappropriate underwear.

The Dead Ant call resulted in some of the Cardiff residents joining in with us!

The bus home was very quiet – all knackered after a fun weekend.
