SWF play Thurrock at home

Today we were at home to Thurrock.

We welcomed back some players that been away and it was decided that the team would be split into two teams of 6 without any subs.

We warmed up well and were looking forward to a good game against a team we played very early on in the season.

Unfortunately today was not going to be our day and our normally strong defense was struggling against a very strong Thurrock side, they pounced on any error made and this reflected in the score.

Team 1 got a well deserved win but unfortunately all other games resulted in a loss.

Hopefully we can learn from these games and work together as a team and come out all guns blazing next week for the Essex Festival.
