Started Summer Rugby Training

Last Sunday saw the start of the new U9s summer training. We had a great turn out with 11 players, which included 2 new players that will hopeful start with us next season.

With the U9s starting to play contact rugby next season we were busy getting fit and building strength with some new training exercises. The players all enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to a summer of keeping fit ready for the September 2019.
