As part of the club we are aligned to Saracens RFC as a Partner Club. Each year we receive the ability to obtain tickets for the Saracens v Harlequins match which takes place at various locations in London (previously Wembley and the Olympic Park). This season the match will be held at White Heart Lane.

We will be going on sale to our “Saracens Family” on 9th September – our partner clubs are all part of our Family. I will have an allocation of tickets all together for all partner clubs for Red & Black seats as well as Silver and a few Gold if required. We’re hoping to get a good support from our “family” and to reward you for your loyal support the tickets will carry a 30% discount for a limited time period – early bird catches the worm!!

Each club that wants to attend will have the opportunity to have an area within the stand together but I will need to know your numbers as soon as possible (rough number before 9th September would be good) to ringfence the seats for you – to be booked as one group with me or for your members to book in with your online code.

We are also planning a Fiesta of Sport during the morning at a local facility within walking distance (1.6 miles - short bus ride?) away from WHL, hopefully to include a rugby festival and other sporting activites. We are also planning a clubs orientated fan zone outside the stadium with a mini parade to showcase our Partner clubs support. Hopefully you’re all as excited about this fixture as we are and your age groups will come along and you can enjoy a club day out together.

Tickets in past years have been around £25 (with discount) so please bear that in mind.

Can you please discuss this amongst your group tomorrow/in the week please and get back to me next weekend with any numbers that you have so i can start giving her potential numbers from the club.
