Notice is hereby given to all members that the AGM for South Woodham Ferrers Rugby Club will take place on 28th May from 20.00.

Reports from the committee, annual accounts and election of the committee for 2019/20 will take place. To vote you must be a fully paid up member of the club. Postal votes to be sent to the club secretary 48 no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
