Focus for this year’s Conference is based on “Reflection” of your current coaching practice and how to create the right environment for your players. By listening to your feedback, we've also split the Conference into two separate strands; Mini (U13 & below) and Youth/Senior (U14 & above). As such, this Conference will benefit all coaches in Essex, from U8s to Senior National League Coaches and will provide a valuable opportunity to share practice with Coaching Experts, RFU Staff and other coaches in the county.
