PROXY VOTING
Proxy voting will be allowed providing that the following terms are adhered too:

• Member must be a fully paid member
• The Member voting does this in writing.
• This must be received by the Hon Secretary no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
• This must include clearly their name and the person that they wish to vote for them.
• Postal votes will NOT be counted.
